How do I place an order?

What is your processing time?

Our normal processing time is between 10-14 business days during non-holiday periods.

We ship from Dallas, TX USA!

Do you offer samples?

Yes! Samples are 4oz sample tins that can be provided individually or as a set feauturing all of our signature scents. Please contact us at marketing@olphactorycandles.com to order your candle samples!

What is the process?

Once your request form is submitted, a team member will be in touch to gather specific details about your project. From there, a timeline will be established for your deliverables.

Timelines can vary greatly based on the scope of your request and if vessels need to be sourced or customized. If you opt for a custom fragrance, this can also increase production and processing time.

What ingredients do you use?

Our candles are made with 100% coconut creme wax! On a case by case basis, we may be able to accomodate different types of wax. If you have a specific wax preference for your candles, please let us know and we're happy to advise.

What are your design options?

Designs can either be created by your team and sent to us (original artwork or PDF only) or our team can support you with design servies for a one time design fee based on the scope of your request.

We currently do not offer design for retail or packaging solutions apart from labels and vessels.

What is the process like to create a custom scent for my business?

This is a collaborative process, where we work with you one on one to explore fragrances and create unique blends for your candles. Our process is broken down into 4 main parts: fragrance exploration, fragrance creation, testing, and finalization.

The fragrance exploration and creation part of the process can take anywhere between 1-3 months. While testing and finalizng may only take 1-2 months. Please keep in mind that these are averages and like all collaborative/creative projects, timeliness can vary based on the level of responsiveness and readiness of your team.

Can you help with candle vessels, label design and packaging?

We have a variety of vessel types and are also able to source vessels based on your need. Our design team is happy to assist with custom labels, however, we do not offer any packaging solutions at this time.
