Workshop durations depend on group size and type of activity. Generally, our studio workshops last 2 to 2.5 hours. We understand that every schedule is unique, so our workshops are fully customizable. Let us know your preferred timeframe, and we’ll tailor the session to suit your needs!

We understand that unexpected things happen! If you are no longer able to host your private class, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing marketing@olphactorycandles.com. To be able to receive a full refund, you must notify us at least 10 days in advance. Any cancellations after the 10 day window cannot be refunded. If you wish to reschedule, email us at marketing@olphactorycandles.com. We will do our best to accommodate your new date. For last-minute participant absences, we are happy to craft a candle on their behalf or have a team member create one, ensuring no one misses out.We’re here to make your workshop as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

Our booking platform accepts one form of payment for the entire party. If you are unsure of your participant count at the time of booking and need time to collect RSVPs for your group, you can opt to pay the private class fee to hold your date of choice. This fee is non-refundable if your reservation is cancelled. Payment for your group is due 10 days prior to your experience date. This flex arrangement can be made by emailing us.

We always recommend arriving between 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time so we can give you the perfect amount of time to get settled, pick out jars, and sign waivers before class begins. Due to the timed nature of our workshops, we cannot hold the workshop past the grace period of 10 minutes to ensure that all guests receive the full experience. Instruction will begin promptly after the grace period. Refunds are not permitted for late arrivals or no-shows, however, we are happy to craft a candle on their behalf or have a team member create one, ensuring no one misses out.

We require a minimum of 6 guests with a maximum of 14 for our in studio private experiences. For larger groups, we are happy to accommodate a mobile experience at your event venue or bring our mobile candle bar. For mobile and bar experiences, we do not have any maximum and will adjust our team's size based on your group's size.

The POUR’d Experience is BYOB friendly. Outside food is not permitted in our studio or classroom. We supply cups, napkins and bottle openers. If you’d like to bring in a small cake or cupcakes for your private celebration, please let us know ahead of time to ensure that we create space for your treats in our food and beverage area.

We use 100% soy wax for our candle making experiences. All fragrance oils are paraffin-free, paraben-free, and phthalate free.

Safety is our top priority! Due to the temperature of the candle wax and handling of oils and glass, all participants must be at least 15 years of age. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted. All candle class participants will be required to complete a waiver prior to the start of class. Any participant between the ages of 15 and 17 are welcome to participate if accompanied by an adult. All guests entering the building must be ticketed.
