FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does a workshop take?

Workshop durations depend on group size and type of activity. Generally, our studio workshops last 2 to 2.5 hours. We understand that every schedule is unique, so our workshops are fully customizable. Let us know your preferred timeframe, and we’ll tailor the session to suit your needs!

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected things happen! If you are no longer able to host your private class, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing marketing@olphactorycandles.com.

To be able to receive a full refund, you must notify us at least 10 days in advance. Any cancellations after the 10 day window cannot be refunded. If you wish to reschedule, email us at marketing@olphactorycandles.com. We will do our best to accommodate your new date.

For last-minute participant absences, we are happy to craft a candle on their behalf or have a team member create one, ensuring no one misses out.We’re here to make your workshop as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

What do I need to have at my office for your workshop?

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable workshop experience at your office, we require:

Tables and chairs for participant workstations
A power outlet for our wax melter
Pre-event pictures of the space to help us plan an efficient setup
Space for 2-3 6ft tables and 8ft banner

What are your rates?

Our rates for corporate experiences can be tailored to suit your budget and preferences. These experiences can typically range from $35-$50 per person. Whether you're planning a small gathering or a larger event, we’ll work with you to create the perfect package.

Is there a minimum/maximum?

For mobile and candle bar experiences, we do not have any maximum and will adjust our team's size based on your group's size.

What kind of materials do you use?

We use 100% soy wax for our candle making experiences. All fragrance oils are paraffin-free, paraben-free, and phthalate free.
