We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days not including processing time. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you would like to change your order after you have placed it, please send us a message as soon as possible at info@olphactorycandles.com. Please include your order number in your message. We cannot guarantee order changes if your order has already been processed and fulfilled. 

Orders that have already been processed and fulfilled are en route to or with the shipping courier and cannot be cancelled.
