Every Olphactory Candles order is inspected and carefully packed before it ships. Because our candles are handcrafted and can’t be resold once used, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email info@olphactorycandles.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.
Unused Items
Requests to return unused, unopened, undamaged items are reviewed case by case and must be made within 15 days of delivery via email. Approved returns are issued as store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot accept items that have been burned, worn, opened, or used.
