Generally, our communal experiences are 2 to 2.5 hours long. This includes cooling time to ensure that all guests depart with their candles.

We use 100% soy wax for our candle making experiences. All fragrance oils are paraffin-free, paraben-free, and phthalate free.

Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before your reservation. Please notify us at marketing@olphactorycandles.com to cancel your reservation. 

Same day reservations (made within 24 hours of class) will only qualify for a reschedule. Guests are allowed to reschedule their class once to a date of their choosing based on availblity. If a guest is unsure of a reschedule date, a credit will be issued (expires within 3 months of the original reservation). Rescheduling is not permitted if guest fails to make contact prior to the start of their reservation.

Late or no-show guests that fail to contact us prior to the start of their reservation, forfeit their reservation and cannot be refunded.

We understand that traffic can be tricky, so we always recommend planning to arrive between 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time to give you the perfect amount of time to get settled, choose vessels, and sign waivers before class begins. To ensure that all guests receive the full candle making experience, we cannot accept guests into the class who are more than 10 minutes late. The experience will begin promptly after the grace period.

Refunds are not permitted for late arrivals or no-shows, however, if a portion of your party is no longer able to make the class we are happy to craft a candle on their behalf or have a team member create one, ensuring no one misses out.

The POUR’d Experience is BYOB friendly only. Outside food is not permitted in our studio or classroom. We supply non-alcoholic beverages, cups, napkins and bottle openers in all experiences. 

The POUR'd Experience is not suitable for guests under the age of 21. We are an intimate candle studio and all guests entering the building must be ticketed.

Guests 15 years of age or older may participate in private candle making experienes when accompanied by an adult. More information on our private experiences can be found here.
